SHIPPING and RETURN POLICIES

Please allow two to three weeks for delivery.  All Wing Wall sets are hand made in the order received.  Order fulfillment depends upon fabric inventory.  We will notify you of any expected shipping delay.


IMPORTANT MESSAGE: We ship using Federal Express 2-4 day delivery.  Your tracking may show an expected arrival date. Please note the delivery dates provided by Federal Express are only ESTIMATES and not Guarantees.

For international orders allow up to two weeks for delivery.  Please be patient. 

 

Products are shipped via Federal Express, USPS and UPS.  You will be notified of your tracking number when your Wing Walls ship.

  • We accept returns if contacted within five days of delivery confirmation.  Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

  • We will gladly exchange your Galley Wing Walls on a case by case basis and shipping will be determined for each exchange.
